Celebrating 20 years in business this year, Arena Partnership Ltd, best known for its TPTracker social housing software solutions, has become TPTracker Ltd. A new, modern look has been launched to coincide with its business name change.

TPTracker Logo

Directors Jamie Owen and Sandy Grange undertook a management buy-out of the business at the end of 2021 after its founding owner retired from the business. Both have worked on its market-leading software for many years and this change represents their vision and intent for continuous development of the software and tools that are specifically tailored to the needs of social housing providers.

New name, same great service

Director, Sandy explains, “The business name change from Arena Partnership Ltd to TPTracker Ltd was an easy decision to make as we are very clear on our priorities as a business and this is to increase the brand recognition and awareness of our core offering, TPTracker software. It simplifies our interactions with clients, ensures we are consistent in our communications and demonstrates our vision for the future.”

“Clients will experience the same high levels of customer service and attention to detail they’ve come to expect from us as a business and our drive to continuously develop our software solutions to add value to their organisation.”

Communication at the centre of the business

TPTracker’s new logo illustrates how communication is at the heart of the business. Director, Jamie said, “Our new look is a visual representation of the importance we place on ease of communication in all interactions. This includes our training, integrations, and support for clients, and how our clients can easily communicate with their tenants and customers.

We’re focused on championing the benefits of engagement by providing a software solution that embraces digital technology and multiple forms of communication. The new logo is engaging, modern, showcases this core value, and represents a new era for the business.”

A vision for the future

The new look and name follow recent software developments on TPTracker and the business becoming a member of Tpas – England’s leading tenant engagement experts.

April 2023 also saw the formal introduction of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), a new set of regulatory standards to assess how well social housing landlords are performing. TPTracker is fully prepared to assist clients with collecting, collating and reporting of this data.
