TPTracker will be attending the Tpas Engaging Communities Conference on 13th March 2024. Taking place at the Belfry Hotel, Nottingham, the event is open to both Tpas members and non-members and offers a diverse conference programme including engagement workshops and panel discussions with sector experts.
Tpas is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes, supports and champions tenant involvement in social housing. The organisation offers independent impartial advice, consultancy and training, bringing members together to improve tenant engagement standards in the industry.
As a member of Tpas and a supplier to many social housing providers, TPTracker is looking forward to showcasing its market-leading tenant engagement software solution.
The conference will highlight the importance of engagement within the housing sector, and will outline the impact of the long-anticipated new consumer regulation regime commencing from April 2024.
Workshops will include topics such as; engagement methods, scrutiny success and making engagement work in the local government/ALMO sector.
Director Jamie Owen said, “We’re really looking forward to meeting with attendees at the event. As a member of Tpas, we’re focused on providing software solutions for social housing providers to make the best use of digital tools to engage with and involve their clients. The conference is going to be a really interesting day with lots of lively discussion around engagement practices and approaches so we’re excited to be involved. Events such as this can help the industry as a whole to continuously improve in their interactions with clients and information management.”
