Over the past few months, and following your valuable feedback, we have been working tirelessly to develop the next generation of Tracker which will deliver an even wider range of functionality for every user including look ups, profiling, communications, participation, surveys and feedback. This all new version of Tracker will also incorporate:
- A range of additional options for those that need them, including: customer insight mapping; impact assessment; social value calculators; creating your own questionnaires; text and online surveys; managing support and community programmes.
- A new layout and navigation so that it feels more like an ‘app’, can be accessed through a PC, tablet or other mobile device and requires minimal training for users to get started.
- Individual users are able to personalise their own screens including new interactive dashboards offering a wide choice of graphs, tables, analyses and performance indicators.
