With lockdown restrictions now easing, people are eager to see glimmers of hope that their daily routines can once again return.
As part of feedback services, our dedicated phone surveyors talk to service users on a daily basis. People who may not have actively communicated with their provider. During these calls, we have noticed a trend away from understanding that issues might not be dealt with straight away, to a general feeling of frustration that things should now be improving.
