The Arena Partnership team will be on the road throughout May and beyond, demonstrating the features and functionality of the new Tracker Version 2014 to current and potential new users of the software.
A total of 16 workshops have already been scheduled and will provide users within Housing Associations, Local Authorities, ALMOs and TMOs with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the new features plus network with other local users. These workshops with also provide Arena Partnership with some immediate and valuable feedback on how well the new version is meeting users’ needs.
The dates and locations are as follows, each location has an am and pm session running:
- 12th May – Mole Valley, Dorking
- 14th May – Hackney Homes, Hackney
- 15th May – Great Places, Oldham
- 16th May – South Northhants, Towcester
- 19th May – Wherry, Norwich
- 20th May – Watford Community Housing Trust, Watford
- 21st May – Community Gateway, Preston
- 22nd May – Jephson, Dudley
Tracker v.2014 includes a full set of online training manuals and help guides to assist users during the transition to the new version. The Support Team is also available at the end of the phone to provide ongoing support and specialist advice.
Users will be able to continue using their existing version of Tracker, with full support, while exploring the new one, and can decide for themselves when they are ready to switch over and start reaping the rewards and improved functionality that the new version provides.
