Now you can give your tenants the additional option of completing online surveys.
Your Tenants’ Online Surveys Portal will be linked to your TPTracker site so residents can then complete surveys online.
There are various ways you can manage this:
• Send emails from Tracker with a link that takes respondents to the web-survey, identifies who they are and which questionnaire they are there for;
• Send text messages from Tracker with a link that takes respondents to the web-survey, identifies who they are and which questionnaire they are there for;
Your portal will be branded with your logo, corporate colour and contact details and is linked directly to your Tracker Feedback module.
