Arena ScreengrabThe all-new and eagerly awaited version of Tracker sets a new high standard for housing management software. Currently being tested by key users, V.2014 is scheduled and on track for a full roll-out to existing users from the beginning of May.

Building on an already popular and widely implemented solution, V.2014 of the Arena Tracker Suite of web-based software modules has been developed to support social housing professionals involved with Resident Profiling, Communications, Involvement and Participation, Satisfaction Surveys and Community Intervention Programmes.  Key developments and enhancements in Tracker V.2014 include:

  • Personalised screens so individual users can focus on and implement the functions they need; how they want them to work; and the reports, graphs, tables and search options they want to see.
  • V.2014 can be accessed via any platform from PC to laptop, tablet or smartphone. What’s more Tracker now automatically reformats to the device in use with modern navigation tools to match.
  • Accessing data is now far easier and simpler with Quick-view dashboards. These include options for tenant/customer profiles and communications; analysis of participation activities; interpretation of resident feedback; management of community and support programmes; and the valuation of social impact.
  • There is also the option to record resident involvement with different levels of detail. This includes membership of groups/panels; attendance at events; time spent with or without allowances for travel and preparation; and ultimately whether/how participation is translated into points for recognition or reward.
  • The addition of texting and face-to-face surveys to the existing range of postal, phone and online options and the use of multiple options for responding to tenant preferences is another of the much requested additions to the new Tracker software suite.
