The month of May was an exciting and busy time for all here at Arena as we unveiled our brand new TP Tracker Social Housing Software (v.2014) site at eight different familiarisation workshops at locations across the country.

We had a great turn out at the events with a variety of job levels represented; from those using TP Tracker on a day to day basis to Managers and Directors wanting to see how it could inform performance management and target delivery on a group or organisation wide level.

Both types of user were impressed with the new customisable dashboards, allowing users to personalise which key results and statistics are instantly available to continuously monitor and assess performance.

Other new features that Users were excited about were;

  • Easy ‘App Like’ feel;
  • Customised for easy use across multiple devices (great for ‘in the field’ working);
  • Enhanced Communication module allowing easy targeted communication via tenant preference;
  • Addition of new text survey feature;
  • Personalised logins so tasks completed are instantly allocated to users;
  • Ability to make multiple selections in reports.

After the workshops we asked our attendees to fill in a short online survey to give us some feedback on how the days had gone. These indicated a resounding positive impression from our customers with many being very impressed with our new on screen help guides and printed visual help manuals.

The key message to us from these workshops was an acknowledgement that we had listened to what our customers had wanted by consulting with them when designing this version; to ensure that we designed a product that met their needs as closely as possible, therefore saving them time and effort.
