At Arena Partnership we are dedicated to enabling Social Housing Professionals to share best practice ideas around key issues, stimulating discussions and promoting better service delivery and job satisfaction.

This year’s Tracker Network Autumn Series of best practice workshops will cover the issues you have told us you are most concerned about:

1.Getting more out of surveys

10th September 2014, kindly hosted by Rooftop Housing Group.

Topics covered will include:

  • Evaluating methodologies and using different combinations to reach a broader audience
  • Identifying KPI’s from your data
  • Increasing satisfaction in younger tenants, what research tells us
  • Using a resident social enterprise to perform telephone surveys, a case study
  • The advantages of using STAR surveys?

2.Targeting services and support to neighbourhoods and communities

18th November 2014, kindly hosted by Midland Heart.

Topics covered will include:

  • The role of ‘Social Value’ in evaluating effectiveness of support programmes and community services
  • Partnership working across departments and with outside agencies
  • Tailoring and targeting interventions to specific groups
  • Using the ‘Enhanced neighbourhood’s’ approach to tackle issues in estates, a case study

The sessions are open to any Social Housing Professionals interested in these areas.

Full information on the events can be found in the Tracker Network Autumn Series Flyer. Please email helene@arenapartnership.co.uk to book your place now.
