The Arena Partnership, the business behind the market-leading software package TPTracker, is celebrating two milestones this month. It’s been a year since Sandy and Jamie took over the business from founder Alan Marshall and the organisation itself is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Business partners, Sandy and Jamie have worked in the company for many years and so when the opportunity arose for a management buyout when Alan wanted to retire, they leapt at the chance.
Jamie commented, “It’s been a busy and rewarding year and we’re pleased to have been able to build on the solid foundations of the business by making further investments into the development of our market-leading software.”
TPTracker has been designed specifically for the needs of social housing providers and offers simple and effective cloud based database management software that can help track, measure and engage with tenants. Its modules include a popular survey package that enables multi-channel survey methodologies and reporting.
Sandy explains, “We’re able to bridge the gap that’s often left by in-house systems by seamlessly integrating additional features such as our survey options. This functionality is perfect to be used as part of the requirements for Tenant Satisfaction Measures reporting which will be coming into force in April next year.”
